Fleetfueller Pressure dispenser installation

Fleetfueller were contacted by a major Regional Distribution Center  to provide a reliable solution for the refilling of AdBlue.

As their existing pumps were unreliable and failed regularly

Fleetfueller had to firstly understand the failings of the original equipment and how best to improve it.

The existing pumps were too far from the holding tank the furthest being 40mtrs, and both sharing a common line with no under pump solenoid

Fleetfueller decided to offer a localized pressure dispenser with MID standard Stainless steel internals as the original pumps had plastic low end quality internal parts 

The Installation comprised of Stainless steel pipes & fittings connecting a submersible pump to the new dispenser with 10mtr hose reel

Fleetfueller designed & installed a 2 pump control panel, & was linked to a new Jigsaw Fuel Terminal
